PCI develops fixture to locate, trim, and bond features into parts. These are rigid and reliable for many cycles.

PCI does not currently work frequently with thermoplastics but we will look at it on a per project basis and consider working with it.
PCI is always looking for opportunities to integrate new processes. If the project and budget make sense, we can certainly do that.

We perform FAI for new products. We conduct inspections on all parts. That includes dimensional verification, color accuracy check, material quality inspection.

Depends on the tool grade material used. A higher grade will result in more parts but higher cost.
This depends on customer requirements. A parts requiring features to hold a .001” will cost more vs something like 1/32”
We can provide most finishes including class A, textured or vinyl wrapped designs on any part.
