Yes. We run four CNC routers and an Autometric Pattern Cutter in-house, so cutouts, openings, mounting hole patterns, and trimmed edges are all done on site in Compton. That matters because it keeps the work in our hands and on our schedule. Machined parts are dimensionally checked against your drawing as part of our standard quality process, and we keep records for every job.
We are ISO 9001:2015 certified, which means our quality process is documented, followed, and audited. For every job we maintain material traceability, process records, and dimensional inspection data. If your program needs a higher level of validation, such as coordinate measurement or first article inspection documentation, we can build that into your quality plan. Our goal is that your receiving department never has to send something back.
